Danni’s Delights is not responsible for any bodily injury, property, or subsequential damage that may result from services.

Danni’s Delights is not responsible for any damage to baked good or shortage of baked goods caused by damage by someone else.

Danni’s Delights will not deliver goods if full payment is not received upon completion of order.

Danni’s Delights is not responsible for any delays or inability to deliver goods due to traffic, accidents, illness, death, natural disasters or any other issues beyond Danni’s Delights control.

If Danni’s Delights has completed an order and is unable to deliver the products due to uncontrollable circumstances, the Client will be refunded 60% of the total cost.

If Client picks up order, Danni’s Delights assumes no responsibility to damage occurred after receiving product.

The Client must notify Danni’s Delights of any change of date of receiving product.

If postponement occurs 1-2 days before date to receive product a fee of $5.00 will be incurred.
